PCX Aerostructures, LLC Appoints Gregory L. Steiner to Board of Directors

Newington, Connecticut: PCX Aerostructures is pleased to announce that Mr. Gregory L. Steiner, President of Kaman Corporation’s Aerospace Group, has joined their Board of Directors.

The PCX Aerostructures, LLC, Board of Directors consist of 6 members whose primary purpose is to assist in the company’s oversight responsibilities, financial reporting, compliance programs, and equity compensation.

Mr. Steiner is responsible for Kaman’s worldwide aerospace businesses, with locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Czech Republic, Mexico and India. Mr. Steiner reports to Neal J. Keating, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kaman.

Prior to joining Kaman, Mr. Steiner was a vice president at GE Aviation Systems responsible for the company’s systems integration businesses. In this role, he served as the Executive Program Manager for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.  Mr. Steiner also had a seventeen-year career with Rockwell Collins, Inc. serving in a number of progressively responsible positions in program and product line management, corporate development, and general management.

A native of Bristol, Rhode Island, Mr. Steiner received his bachelor’s degree in engineering and economics from Union College in Schenectady, New York and his MBA from the University of Iowa.  Mr. Steiner attended U.S. Air Force Officer Training School and Undergraduate Pilot Training, graduating with honors from both programs. Subsequently, Mr. Steiner was an operational pilot in the U.S. Air Force/Reserves with a fighter/attack/reconnaissance rating, and attained the rank of Captain.
